Gli alimenti che contengono la vitamina D sono pochi; quantit\u00e0 apprezzabili si riscontrano nei pesci di mare, nell\u2019olio di fegato di pesce e nelle uova. Latte, derivati del latte e carne contengono solo minime percentuali di questa importante vitamina di origine animale.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b9d97d4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"b9d97d4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-216a7b0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"216a7b0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><strong>FABBISOGNO GIORNALIERO<\/strong><\/h2>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-89e9a33 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"89e9a33\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Il fabbisogno giornaliero varia a seconda dell\u2019et\u00e0, del sesso e delle condizioni cliniche del paziente:<\/p><ul><li>Per i lattanti si consigliano 10-25 \u03bcg\/die<\/li><li>Per i bambini 10 \u03bcg\/die<\/li><li>Per i maschi fino a 50 anni 5-10 \u03bcg\/die<\/li><li>Per i maschi oltre i 50 anni 10 \u03bcg\/die.<\/li><li>Per le femmine di et\u00e0 compresa tra 11 e 17 anni 5-15 \u03bcg\/die<\/li><li>Per le femmine fino a 50 anni 5-10 \u03bcg\/die<\/li><li>Per le femmine oltre i 50 anni 10 \u03bcg\/die.<\/li><li>In gravidanza o in allattamento si consigliano 10 \u03bcg\/die<\/li><li>Gli individui di et\u00e0 superiore ai 70 anni dovrebbero assumere 15 \u03bcg\/die di vitamina D.<\/li><li>I livelli massimi di assunzione sono fissati per i bambini di et\u00e0 inferiore ad 1 anno a 25 \u03bcg\/die, per i bambini di et\u00e0 superiore ad 1 anno e per gli adulti a 50 \u03bcg\/die.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ddeb769 elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"ddeb769\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-592237e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"592237e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>Purtroppo il fabbisogno giornaliero non sempre pu\u00f2 essere assicurato dalla produzione endogena; infatti in Europa si stima che oltre il 50% della popolazione sia carente.<\/h3>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1b1e261 elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"1b1e261\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cdbb2c3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"cdbb2c3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La<b> vitamina D<\/b>, per essere convertita nella sua forma attiva, <b>necessita dell\u2019esposizione ai raggi solari<\/b> in quanto viene metabolizzata in vitamina D3 solo a livello cutaneo. E\u2019 quindi necessario che l\u2019individuo si esponga alla luce solare per un periodo ottimale; 10-15 minuti di esposizione solare permettono di immagazzinare dalle 3000 alle 20000 UI di vitamina D (40 UI = 1,03 \u03bcg di ergocalciferolo).<\/p><p>La vitamina D introdotta con l\u2019alimentazione viene assorbita lentamente durante il transito intestinale, raggiungendo il picco plasmatico dopo 12 ore. Nel sangue la vitamina D si lega ad una proteina plasmatica denominata DBP (vitamin-D binding protein); il complesso vitamina D-DBP viene veicolato al fegato e successivamente convertito in 25-idrossi vitamina D.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-95f0daa elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"95f0daa\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><strong>RUOLO BIOLOGICO DELLA VITAMINA D<\/strong><\/h2>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7cf905e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7cf905e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Il ruolo biologico di questa importante vitamina \u00e8 molteplice ed in parte ancora sconosciuto. Fino ad oggi si \u00e8 scoperto che la vitamina D prende parte a numerosi processi fisiologici: omeostasi del calcio e del fosforo, regolazione del sistema immunitario, regolazione della secrezione di insulina, regolazione della crescita e della differenziazione cellulare, buon mantenimento del tessuto nervoso e cardiocircolatorio.<br \/>Una carenza di vitamina D \u00e8 associata a molte patologie del sistema scheletrico (es. osteoporosi, osteomalacia, rachitismo, ecc.) ed immunitario (es. psoriasi);
