differenti nelle piante di caff\u00e8, th\u00e8, cacao, guaran\u00e0, cola e mate.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section bulbari (incremento della velocit\u00e0 e profondit\u00e0 dei respiri, rilascio delle resistenze periferiche vasali)<\/li><li>I centri corticali (aumento della diuresi per incremento della filtrazione glomerulare)<\/li><li>Il metabolismo basale (aumento della lipolisi e della glicolisi)<\/li><\/ul><p>La caffeina promuove inoltre la secrezione acida dello stomaco ed incrementa sia la frequenza che la forza contrattile del cuore.<\/p><p>A dosi pi\u00f9 elevate (circa 5 grammi\/die per l&#8217;uomo) la caffeina provoca convulsioni fatali per stimolazione diretta del sistema nervoso spinale.<\/p><p>La caffeina a dosaggi comuni (max. 2 caff\u00e8\/die) non determina assuefazione o crisi di astinenza.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div effetti specifici del caff\u00e8 sul corpo umano.<\/p><p>Tra le attivit\u00e0 farmacologiche utili \u00e8 emerso quanto segue:<\/p><ul><li>Il consumo di caff\u00e8 sembra essere associato ad <b>un rischio minore di incidenza di tumori epatici e colon-rettali<\/b><\/li><li>Il caff\u00e8, in quanto pianta adattogena, determina un <b>incremento delle prestazioni fisiche<\/b> (aumento della forza contrattile) e <b>psichiche <\/b>(flusso di pensieri pi\u00f9 nitido)<\/li><li>La caffeina pu\u00f2 <b>favorire l&#8217;azione di alcuni farmaci<\/b>. Associata all&#8217;ergotamina (trattamento dell&#8217;emicrania) o all&#8217;aspirina (trattamento del dolore lieve) ne migliora l&#8217;assorbimento.<\/li><li>Il consumo di caff\u00e8 sembra essere associato ad un <b>rischio minore di incidenza di diabete di tipo 2<\/b><\/li><li>La caffeina determina <b>azione adipolitica sul tessuto grasso<\/b>. Questa funzione viene sfruttata in cosmetica per il trattamento della cellulite.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-be3d349 elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"be3d349\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-0989bb1 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"0989bb1\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-945d490\" data-id=\"945d490\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c631458 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c631458\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><strong>POTENZIALI EFFETTI NEGATIVI DEL CONSUMO DI CAFFE&#8217;<\/strong><\/h2>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-aa08a36 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"aa08a36\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Nonostante le attivit\u00e0 stimolanti del caff\u00e8, un consumo continuo di questa bevanda pu\u00f2 provocare effetti collaterali anche gravi.<\/p><p>Tra le attivit\u00e0 tossiche \u00e8 emerso quanto segue:<\/p><ul><li>\u00a0Il consumo di prodotti contenenti caffeina (es. caff\u00e8, estratti di guaran\u00e0 ecc.) sembra essere associato ad <b>un incremento nell&#8217;incidenza dell&#8217;artrite reumatoide<\/b> per innalzamento del fattore reumatoide<\/li><li>Il consumo di caff\u00e8 determina <b>incremento della concentrazione di omocisteina<\/b> plasmatica. Un aumento dell&#8217;omocisteina nel sangue \u00e8 associato ad un incremento delle malattie cardiocircolatorie (es. infarto del miocardio).<\/li><li>Il consumo di caff\u00e8 determina un <b>incremento nell&#8217;incidenza di tumori pancreatici<\/b>.<\/li><li>Il consumo di caff\u00e8 determina un <b>incremento del 20% dell&#8217;incidenza di tumori del tratto genito-urinario<\/b>.<\/li><li>Individui con lento metabolismo della caffeina possono <b>incorrere in rischi cardiocircolatori maggiori<\/b> in caso di assunzione di caff\u00e8.<\/li><li>Il consumo di caff\u00e8 determina <b>un marcato peggioramento delle patologie gastroduodenali<\/b> (es. ulcere, gastriti, duodeniti, esofagiti ecc.).<\/li><li>E&#8217; stato dimostrato che la caffeina ha <b>effetti teratogeni<\/b> ed \u00e8 quindi sconsigliato assumere caff\u00e8 durante la gravidanza.<\/li><li>La caffeina pu\u00f2 determinare un <b>incremento della secrezione di cortisolo<\/b> (ormone dello stress). A lungo andare, alterazioni della liberazione del cortisolo provocano effetti stressogeni generalizzati (es. affaticamento, astenia, ecc.).<\/li><li>La caffeina pu\u00f2 determinare <b>ulteriori complicazioni in soggetti ipertesi<\/b>. Tuttavia questo effetto necessita di ulteriori chiarimenti; sembra che l&#8217;alcaloide caffeina possa generare un flusso sanguigno turbolento all&#8217;interno dei vasi.<\/li><li>Associazione tra caff\u00e8, alcool o fumo di sigaretta determina <b>un incremento di tutti gli effetti tossici<\/b> di ogni singola sostanza.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-b7c98e7 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"b7c98e7\" data-element_type=\"section\" class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7dc8fa6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7dc8fa6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-size: 19.8px;\">Il consiglio che ti posso dare \u00e8 quello di ridurre al minimo il consumo di caff\u00e8 o di altre bevande contenenti caffeina, per non incorrere in potenziali e gravi effetti collaterali.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 19.8px;\">Voglio ricordarti che:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-size: 19.8px;\">Una tazzina di caff\u00e8 espresso pu\u00f2 contenere da 50 a 80 mg di caffeina.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 19.8px;\">Una tazzina di caff\u00e8 moka pu\u00f2 contenere oltre 100 mg di caffeina.<\/span><\/li><li>Una lattina di bevanda energetica contiene circa 80 mg di caffeina.<\/li><li>Una tazza di t\u00e8 nero conteine circa 45 mg di caffeina.<\/li><li>Una tazza di t\u00e8 verde contiene circa 20 mg di caffeina.<\/li><li>100 ml di t\u00e8 bianco contengono circa 15 mg di caffeina.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section
